A pilot course of the Crisis Management after CBRN Incident was held at the Joint CBRN Defence Centre of Excellence (JCBNR Defence COE) from 11 to 15 November 2013. The course was attended by 10 students from 7 countries (CZE, GBR, HUN, ITA, POL, PRT and SVN). The course was run in the presence of two representatives from EU and NATO (from EU Military Staff Concepts & Capabilities Directorate European External Action Service and from the Nuclear Policy Directorate/Weapons of Mass Destruction Non-Proliferation Centre NATO HQ).

CBRN Warning and Reporting Specialist Course was organized at the JCBRN Defence COE from 14th to 18th October 2013 in accordance with POW for year 2013, (Successful pilot course was organized at the COE in October 2012). Eleven students from five countries participated on the course (SVK, GRE, POL, DEU and HUN).

In accordance with the approved 2013 Program of Work (POW) the Office of International Emergency Management and Cooperation / National Nuclear Administration Agency (NNSA) / US Department of Energy (DOE) and JCBRN Defence COE Training, Exercise and Education Department (TEED) conducted the International Consequence Management Training Course in the period of 1 – 4 October 2013 at the Joint CBRN Defence COE in Vyskov, Czech Republic.
