The Joint Chemical, Biological, Radiological And Nuclear Defence Centre of Excellence (JCBRN Defence COE) and the US Department of Defence Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) jointly invite you to attend the first NATO and Partners CBRN Defence and Hazard Prediction and Analysis Capability (HPAC) Community Conference.

The Conference will provide opportunities to meet, discuss, and exchange ideas among the international community of current and future HPAC users. Moreover, HPAC developers, scientists, and experts contributing to HPAC design will be ready to address current challenges and innovations regarding further HPAC developments. Operational CBRN aspects will also be debated on a limited scale given by the conference environment.

The aim is to improve NATO CBRN Reachback for the Alliance by better matching NATO CBRN RBE resources with users’ combating WMD requirements. The conference, boosted/augmented by HPAC training sessions, is one of the key components of the JCBRN Defence COE (the house of the NATO CBRN Reachback Element) effort to support operations and specified organizations as captured by the latest NATO‘s CBRN Defence Policy.

In conjunction, DTRA will also provide a separate HPAC training course from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd of November 2024 for a maximum of 30 participants.

Registration to both events can be completed at a dedicated Conference platform accessible at https://eur.cvent.me/m3dKX. The website contains all information about the conference, including the conference agenda, administrative instructions, and logistic arrangements.
