On 29 Jun 21 the International Security and Emergency Management Institute (ISEMI) delegation visited the JCBRN Defence COE , to discuss and investigate possible areas of cooperation between ISEMI and Centre. Within the Slovakian delegation was Dr. Marián Kolenčík, PhD, accompanied by his team; Ing. Luboš Trudič, Ing. Pavel Trúchly and Ing. Martin Kostolný.

After welcoming remarks from the JCBRN Defence COE Director Col Martínek, the deputy director Col Wolfgang Reich introduced the Centre function and organisation. Lt Col Chrástek (IT&E) followed with a presentation related to NATO’s course accreditation process. Lt Col Mellor delivered a presentation related to the Reachback Section, it´s structure, role and outputs to NATO.

Dr. Marián Kolenčík, PhD presented the role of ISEMI, which was followed by detailed presentations delivered by Ing. Ľuboš Trudič and Ing. Pavel Trúchly describing the ISEMI work, fulfilled and ongoing projects, wider achievements and possible areas for cooperation.

After fruitful conversation, several potential areas of cooperation between ISEMI and JCBRN Defence COE have been identified. Both organizations agreed to discuss specifics projects in the near future.
